Clubhouse Rentals 

The newly renovated CPHA clubhouse is approximately 2300 sq. ft. with vinyl plank floors, and an open floor plan. There is a decorative fireplace (No fires please), open beamed ceiling, and windows along the back wall. There are front and back entrances and a third entrance via the bathroom hallway exit. Our clubhouse offers separate male and female restrooms newly renovated, which must remain available to members at all times.  

Renting the clubhouse does not give the renter access to the pool, deck area, and grounds of the CHPA property. The galley style kitchen area offers counter space, elevated snack bar with 4 stools, new refrigerator/freezer, 2 microwave/convection ovens, a new 30" oven and sink/disposal. For each rental, we supply the garbage bags, a vacuum, a dust mop, and a mop head.  The 17-point checklist must be fully completed after each rental, or the renter will not receive deposit back. All deposit checks will be held for a 2-week period.

Booking Procedures

  1. Call Renaissance Property Management (RPM), 985-624-2900, and ask for rental assistance for the CPHA clubhouse, Or

  2. Click on Rental Agent link for a direct email to the rental agent at RPM. If you do not have a reply from your mail within 24 hours, please call RPM directly in the event that the rental agent is on vacation or out of town and someone is covering for the normal rental agent.

  3. You may check the calendar for available dates, BUT DO NOT assume a date is available until it has been confirmed by RPM. Then and only then will the date be confirmed.

  4. Print out and Review the rental agreement and checklist on this site to see if there are any questions.

  5. Read and review the Pool and Clubhouse rules as well. The outside patio area and pool are not included in the clubhouse rental.

  6. There will be “no getting in the day before to set up” as this is cost prohibitive in relation to electricity usage and the low cost of the rental fee for a facility of this nature. Rental day is from 5:30am until 12MN. If additional time is needed the renter will be charged an additional $100 for early access.

Rental Fees, Deposit and Card Key

  1. All fees are set by the Board and are not to be changed by anyone without prior knowledge/approval of said Board.

  2. There will be one rental per 24 hour period. The times of entrance and exit will be determined by the Board and will be strictly adhered to.

  3. The renter provides a check in the amount of $100.00 for use of the CPHA Clubhouse. In addition to the rental fee, the renter provides an additional check in the amount of $200.00 as a deposit. Deposits checks will be held for 2 weeks to determine that the COMPETE 17 Point Cleaning checklist has been done. There is a laminated copy on the inside door in the new kitchen closet.  The new counters and floors look great, but easily hide improper cleaning. Please be respectful of the property and other homeowners.

  4. Multiple rentals by the same individual may be covered by the same deposit check at the discretion of the rental agent. There will be a $100 rental fee for each rental day/period.

  5. The renter will pick up the rental card key from the Property Management offices and return the card key in the prescribed amount of time at the discretion of rental agent.
